The accused woman made a mocking face at the camera when she was arrested.
The investigation shows that the woman lured the crime victim to the scene and then shot him at the meeting.< /p>
The murder took place at a bus and tram stop on Värmlandsgatan in Marielund in Norrköping.
The woman was caught on her way to the crime scene by a surveillance camera, which facilitated the reconnaissance work. She fled immediately after the crime on foot in the direction of the North Promenade.
Now the 20-year-old woman, who is a citizen of Thailand, is charged with the murder of the boy.
She is also a suspect for several other crimes, including an attempted murder on Smedjegatan in Norrköping on 15 November. In that case, the woman is suspected of having fired a weapon through an apartment door. There were eight people in the apartment at the time and it was pure luck that none of the people were hit by a bullet.
The motive for the murder and attempted murder is apparently part of the violent gang conflict that is ongoing and has been going on in Norrköping since the beginning of 2023. In the investigation of the murder of the 17-year-old, it also appears that the suspected woman had previously sought out other people to confront at various addresses in Norrköping.
The woman has been in custody since the beginning of the year and the trial will be held in Norrköping district court.
