OnePlus has introduced its latest budget smartphone with the OnePlus Nord CE4 Lite. It contains the same SoC as its predecessor, but offers improvements in terms of the screen, battery and main camera. It costs 329 euros and will be available on July 1.
The OnePlus Nord CE4 Lite has a 6.67″ AMOLED screen with a resolution of 1080×2400 pixels, a 120Hz refresh rate and a peak brightness of 2100cd/m² . Just like with the CE 3 Lite, there is a Qualcomm Snapdragon 695 SoC under the hood, which is assisted by 8GB Lpddr4x memory and 256GB UFS 2.2 storage.
The battery has a capacity of 5110mAh and supports SuperVOOC for fast charging at 80W. However, unlike its predecessor, OnePlus supplies the device without a charger. The rear camera system consists of a 50-megapixel main camera with optical image stabilization and 2x zoom, as well as a 2MP depth sensor. There is a 16-megapixel camera at the front for selfies.
The phone runs on Android 14-based OxygenOS 14.0 by default. OnePlus promises two major Android upgrades and three years of security updates. Other features include a microSD card slot and a 3.5mm headphone jack along the bottom.
