Anthropic releases Claude 3.5 for the Sonnet product class. The new version of the AI model should, among other things, be better at tasks that require image recognition. There's also a new editing feature to adjust text directly in the app.

The company claims that this is especially noticeable in the field of visual tasks, for example when analyzing graphs or recognizing text in images.

The company is also introducing the Artifacts function that allows user-generated content to appear in the can adjust the app live. For example, if Claude generates 'code fragments, texts or website designs', the user can directly adjust the content in a separate window. Previously, generated text could only be copied from the chat interface.
