Raspberry Pi Holdings plc is officially listed on the London Stock Exchange. After the initial public offering, the commercial branch of the Raspberry Foundation had a market value of just under 642 million euros.
Since the beginning of this year, the company has been waiting for a good moment to to go public and said at the end of May that he wanted to continue with this plan definitively. The London Stock Exchange has now listed the company. Shares in the commercial arm of Raspberry Pi will initially only be available to 'institutional traders'. Shares of the company initially sold for roughly 2.89 euros, after which the value rose to around 3.29 euros. The shares will be available to everyone later this week.
