After a meeting on Monday, group leader Linda Lindberg calls the action “judgmental”.
– David Lång has, at my urging, chosen to resign from his parliamentary assignment. He has sat in the Riksdag since our entry in 2010 and has done very well for the party. It does not detract from his reckless actions yesterday, which he himself understands, says Lindberg in a press release from the SD.
Since entering the Riksdag, the Sweden Democrats have experienced a series of scandals linked to partying and drinking among leading representatives under the party's own event, where according to party tradition copious amounts of alcohol are served.
