To map the devices in your network, you can use Lansweeper. This program runs on a Windows machine and is able to inventory the software and hardware present on the network without having to install a client program on each computer. All information can then be consulted via a web interface. Lansweeper is available as freeware for small environments, but larger environments will require payment. From version 10.4 onwards, the cloud version is installed by default. If you want a local installation, you can follow these instructions.
