Acer unveils SpatialLabs 3D camera for €549

Acer unveiled the SpatialLabs Eyes Stereo Camera on Friday. The camera can create stereoscopic 3D images and is compatible with SpatialLabs devices. The device should be released in the third quarter of 2024 and has a suggested retail price of 549 euros.

The SpatialLabs Eyes Stereo Camera offers a resolution of 8 megapixels per eye with an aperture of f/2.0 and a focal length of 3mm, writes Acer. The camera weighs 220 grams and measures 104×65.4×23.2mm. The device has automatic and manual focus and electronic image stabilization. With the fully manual mode, users can set the ISO value, white balance and shutter speed themselves.

With Acer SpatialLabs Player 3.0, users can show their 3D content live on YouTube and other
streaming platforms. With the release of the SpatialLabs Eyes Stereo Camera, the video chat feature will also be available via the SpatialLabs video calling widget.
