Foreign. US President Joe Biden has secretly given Ukraine the green light to attack targets inside Russia with US weapons, The Guardian reports.

According to US government sources, Biden has recently granted a waiver to the previous ban on using US weapons on the Russian side of the border in Kharkiv.
The White House is also said to be “very close” to officially allowing Ukraine to fire at targets inside Russia.
Even Great Britain and France have started to talk more permissively about attacks against Russia.
The German government stated on Friday that it is following the US and giving the green light to Kiev to use German weapons against targets in Russia.
