HP releases Omni and EliteBooks with Snapdragon

HP has announced two new laptops with a Snapdragon X Elite processor. The Omnibook The company wants to further simplify its laptop lineup in the future, with the Omni series now for consumers and the EliteBooks for business users.

The Omnibook and Elitebook have the new Snapdragon X Elite processor on board, with a neural processing unit that can run '45 trillion operations per second', according to the company. The two laptops are the first models that the company is releasing under its new and, above all, simplified range. While HP previously had all kinds of different series, the company wants to focus on simpler naming in the future. In the future, the company only wants to release Omnis for consumers.
