TP-Vision shows 200 euros cheaper Evnia-QD OLED monitor with 144Hz and HDMI 2.0

TP Vision has released a cheaper variant of its QD-OLED Evnia monitor. The big difference with the model from March is that the new model only has HDMI 2.0 support and a refresh rate of only 144Hz, compared to 240Hz of the original model.

The Philips Evnia 49M2C8900L is a variant of the QD OLED monitor that the company released in March and about which Tweakers wrote a review. The device has largely the same specifications. It is a monitor with a 48.9″ QD OLED display with a resolution of 5120×1440 pixels. The screen with an aspect ratio of 32:9 has a VESA ClearMR 8000 certification and HDR True Black 400p support, just like the original. /p>

The new model only differs from the March model by the lower refresh rate and support for only HDMI 2.0, where the previous model also supports HDMI 2.1. On the other hand, the L version is cheaper costs 999 euros, compared to the 1200 euros of the original.
