Samnytt has mapped the advertising expenditure for two Facebook pages that mainly publish satire and mockery aimed at the governing parties and their representatives.

One of the pages is “Sweden face the reality” which only after Kalla fakta's disclosure of SD's activities in social media added an informational text stating that the account is run by “AiP Media Produktion”, which is an S-controlled company. At the same time, the other page, “Samtidigt i Sverige” got a new description.

Over the years, the Social Democrats' company has marketed the pages with around 1,800 advertising campaigns at a total cost of around SEK 5 million, according to Samnytt.

One of the most strongly marketed posts, which the party spent 20,000 kroner on spreading, singles out Minister of M Johan Forsell as a security risk because he owns shares in Chinese companies.

Social Democrats' party chairman Magdelana Andersson has previously criticized SD's use of anonymous accounts in social media.

– It shows what an extreme party SD is. They are not a party like others. They are based on completely different values ​​and working methods, she told SVT after Kalla fakta's disclosure.
