VodafoneZiggo is releasing a general app for Vodafone and Ziggo customers. With the Vodafone & Ziggo app, customers of both providers can manage their subscriptions and view invoices. The app is now available for Android and iOS.
According to VodafoneZiggo, customers can use the updated app 'to find information about products, invoices and services in one place'. The company also offers chat support and a fault detector through the application.
Users of the My Ziggo app have access to the app until May 27, after which it will no longer be available. Customers using the current My Vodafone app do not need to do anything. This application will be automatically updated 'in the coming weeks' to the updated Vodafone & Ziggo app.
