First images of Sonos headphones appear online

Images of Sonos headphones have appeared on the website of Schuurman, a Dutch electronics store. It has been known for some time that Sonos is working on headphones, which according to Schuurman will be called Ace. The device may be launched on the market in June.

Schuurman published details about the Sonos headphones early. These have now been removed, but have been seen by The Verge, among others. The device would be called Sonos Ace. On Schuurman's website the wholesale price was 403.58 euros. For consumers, 21 percent VAT is added. The price in the store is approximately 488 euros.

Images of the Ace had also appeared on the website. This shows that the headphones will be equipped with physical buttons on the ear cups. Only photos of the black version have been leaked. However, Sonos usually sells products in different colors. Also included in the box are a USB-C cable, a 3.5mm cable, a storage case, and a box for the cables. It will also be possible to buy separate ear cushions. The price without VAT is 34.72 euros.

No technical details were mentioned on Schuurman's website. What was on the site is another product that has not yet been announced: the Sonos Roam 2. The new speaker looks very similar to its predecessor. No technical details are known about the Roam 2 either. Both this successor to the first Sonos Roam and the Sonos Ace will probably be announced in June.
