NetSetMan 5.3.1

Ilja Herlein has released version 5.3.1 of NetSetMan. With this program, various settings can be adjusted quickly and easily using profiles. It is especially useful for laptop users who use their computers in different locations, such as home and work. For example, the IP address, default printer and SMTP server can be adjusted at the touch of a button. The program is free to use, but there is also a pro version for commercial users, which also allows customization of the domain, proxy server and browser homepage. Since version 5.2.0, the following changes and improvements have been made:

Changes in version 5.3.1:

• Fix: Error 6 at program start with a restricted user account
• Fix: Update functionality for future updates
• Due to a server incompatibility, previous versions cannot be updated through the integrated Update dialog. The latest setup file must be downloaded manually and can then be installed as an update. All settings and profiles will be kept.

Changes in version 5.3.0:

• New: NIC list context menu dialog for hiding unwanted NICs with the possibility to hide virtual adapters and other types
