Domestic. According to Dagens Nyheter, Prime Minister Ulf Kristersson has been reported to the Riksdag's constitutional committee because of his handling of the recently adopted gender identity law.

It is the social democratic Member of Parliament Laila Naraghi is behind the report.
She points out that the Moderates have pushed through a bill in the Riksdag without having agreed on the issue within the government. She thus questions how the preparation was handled.
The report also concerns Kristersson's statement before the law was passed that he himself would prefer to retain the 18-year age limit for legal gender change, which has now been abolished.
