Ubiquiti introduces UDM Pro Max with maximum throughput of 10Gbit/s

Ubiquiti announces the UniFi Dream Machine Pro Max. The business router supports a maximum throughput of 10Gbit/s. The device has eight 1Gbit/s Ethernet ports, a 10Gbit/s Lan port and both a 2.5 Gbit/s and a 10Gbit/s Wan port.

UniFi Dream Machine Pro Max measures according to the specifications list 442.4 x 43.7 x 285.6mm. The device weighs 4.7kg and has an Arm Cortex-A57 CPU with four cores and a maximum clock speed of 2GHz. The manufacturer has equipped the router with 8GB of RAM and a built-in 128GB SSD. The router also has an eMMC memory chip with 32GB of storage space.

The UniFi Dream Machine Pro Max also contains two storage bays for 3.5″ drives. Ubiquiti has equipped the router with Bluetooth, although it is not clear which version. The device also has a 1.3” touchscreen. The maximum speed when using ID or IPS thread detection is 5Gbit/s. According to the manufacturer, the router consumes a maximum of 60W. The business router costs $600.
