Criminals have taken over children's channel BabyTV again and shown Russian propaganda, according to NU.nl. This time the channel was reportedly taken over for thirteen minutes and more violent images were allegedly shown.
BabyTV was interrupted on Wednesday around 2:12 p.m., several NU.nl readers report. This time bombings and cities in ruins would have been shown, in addition to the propaganda film that was also shown earlier. The channel was also taken over at the end of March. BabyTV was taken over for a longer period of time during the second attack, writes NU.nl.
Not much is known yet about the new takeover. For example, it is not known whether the attack took place again at Eutelsat, the satellite company that distributes BabyTV's TV signal worldwide. KPN told NU.nl that it was able to detect the disruption and take the channel offline before the images were actually shown to customers.
