Foreign. Iran has fired cruise and ballistic missiles and more than 100 drones at Israel, the IDF says.

The attack is a retaliation attack which comes weeks after an Israeli attack on the Iranian consular compound in Syria killed two of Iran's top commanders.
Explosions were seen in the air over Jerusalem and air raid sirens were heard across the country last night, according to AFP.
American and Israeli units shot down the “vast majority” of the missiles and dozens of attack drones, according to the IDF. Some missiles hit a military base in the south and caused minor damage.
About 31 people were treated for concerns or injuries they sustained while on their way to shelters when the Israeli air raid alert went off.

Iran said tonight's attack means “case closed” on its side, unless Israel responds with more force.
