OpenAI has made a new version of GPT-4 Turbo available to paying customers. The new version of the generative AI has information that is more recent and provides shorter answers in more colloquial language.
GPT-4 Turbo is available to paying subscribers with a Plus, Team or Enterprise subscription or who have the use api. According to OpenAI, GPT-4 Turbo can provide answers that are 'more direct and less woolly' and contain more colloquialisms. The model is also mainly mathematical and in GPQA datasets, which are intended for logical reasoning.
The date up to which ChatGPT can now search has also been improved. GPT-4 Turbo was trained on dates up to April 2023, but according to OpenAI that will now be December 2023.
