Facts: Visitation zones
The police authority must be allowed to introduce a security zone in a certain area if, with regard to a conflict between groups, there is a significant risk of criminal activity that includes shooting or explosions in the area, and the measure is of particular importance to prevent or prevent such criminal activity.
The police authority must immediately publish a decision on a safety zone and inform about it in other effective ways, i.a. for the safety zone to have the intended crime prevention effect and to contribute to understanding of the measure. A decision to introduce a safety zone must be valid for a maximum of two weeks, but must be able to be extended by a new decision.
The person to whom the decision concerns must, if the decision goes against him or her, be able to appeal it to general administrative court.
