– We are not saying that you should not travel there, but those who travel should not display their Zionism, said an Israeli official during a press conference, according to the newspaper.

According to the advice, it is fine to speak Hebrew in Malmö , but one should not “yell at family members or friends across the street”.

Israelis should also “not walk around with small Israeli flags”, according to the official, who added, however, that he is not aware of any specific threats right now.

The official stated that Malmö is “an unfriendly area for Israelis”.

Eurovision is held May 4–11 and the artist Eden Golan represents Israel.
