In the first case, which occurred in Höganäs last Friday just after 1 p.m., a man tried to lure a boy into a van after school . He allegedly ran after the boy and tried to pull him into the vehicle, where another man was also sitting. However, the boy managed to break free and escape.
During Monday afternoon, the second case took place, this time in Ystad. Then a girl was on her way home from school when a black van pulled up next to her and a man tried to lure her along by offering her sweets. However, the girl got scared and ran away. The police are now urging the public to come forward with tips if they have seen anything suspicious, especially in the areas around Hedeskoga and Källesjö in Ystad.
The police reportedly have a good description of a suspected perpetrator, but do not want to disclose it . Instead, they want to get more witness information via the phone number 114 14 or via the police's website.
