Shutter Encoder 18.0

Shutter Encoder is a free program that can edit and convert video files. It has an extensive list of features, too long to list here. The video below this article briefly shows the most important ones. The program is available for Windows, macOS and Linux, and is actively being developed. It does not show advertisements, does not add a watermark and can also be used in Dutch. The author lives entirely from donations. Version 18.0 has just become available and the following changes and improvements have been made:
