A 37-year-old man was found on Sunday deceased in a bag outside on Värmdö, in the forest along route 222. The macabre discovery was made by chance.
The deceased had been reported missing only a day before, and the body was, according to the Public Prosecutor's Office, “seriously damaged” but “in part”.
Three people are suspected of the murder: a 19-year-old man, a 23-year-old man and a 24-year-old woman. All are Afghans.
The 23-year-old and the 24-year-old are a couple. They are in custody in their absence on probable cause, suspected of murder and gross violation of grave peace. The duo is now internationally wanted. According to information to Aftonbladet, the police believe that the couple has fled to Latin America. According to information to the newspaper, the victim must have had a relationship with the woman before.
The 19-year-old man, who is registered in Alvesta, has since Tuesday been arrested on suspicion of murder. During Thursday he was detained.
