Greta and a group of other climate activists have blocked the main entrances to the Riksdag during the week.
< p>A clip shared by the SD-linked YouTube channel shows how Tobias Andersson (SD) on Thursday walked over the climate group's banner with a heavy bag as he was going into the Riksdag.
His party colleague Rashid Farivar sat down on his side on the ground next to the climate activists to talk to them.
– This is completely useless. People will hate you, people will oppose what we want to do for the climate. Hope you understand, he said according to Aftonbladet.
Tobias Andersson, who is chairman of the Riksdag's business committee, himself comments on the incident in Riks – where he takes the opportunity to poke the now 21-year-old Greta.
– If she or her parents had been afraid of the sheet lying there, they probably would not have let her and her friends get dirty on it or put it outside in this weather.
The SD peak suggests that he didn't deliberately step on the banner.
– Honestly, I focused on getting to work to try to make Sweden better, oppose a lot of what they stand for, deport foreigners and so on. So it was sort of top of my mind. Then I saw it was her as I passed. But it was lucky that I stepped on the sheet and not on any of them sitting there. It would have been much more unfortunate.
