The record supply of housing is increasing further

Economics. The number of homes for sale was 55,288 in Sweden during February, which is an increase of 37 percent compared to the same period last year.

Melan January and February, the supply rose by 3.22 percent, statistics from Hemnet show.

The February supply means more than a doubling of the number of homes for sale compared to the beginning of 2022, when the number of objects was 27,009.

< p>Interest in the listed objects is also lower, so low that Hemnet has stopped reporting these statistics publicly.

However, according to Affärsvärlden, the interest per housing advertisement has halved from an average of 2799 clicks per advertisement at the beginning of 2022 to 1381 clicks at the end of 2023.
