Domestic. The number of government agencies under the government has increased from 342 to 367 in one week. Namely, a review by the authorities has discovered 24 supervisory boards and 1 local valuation board that were not in the official register.

The political duo blames that “previous governments” apparently “didn't bother to review what the tax money is used for and where it goes”. . They point out that the current government has “asked for proposals” on how the number of agencies can be reduced by five through mergers.
Proposals for the closure of any of the 367 agencies are otherwise conspicuous by their absence. However, the government also looks “over all smaller authorities that have up to 100 people who work full-time throughout the year”, write Ebba Busch and Erik Slottner.
