Economics. Housing prices “increased” by 1.2 percent in February in Sweden as a whole compared to the previous month, several media reports. However, seasonal effects are the whole explanation, according to SBAB.

Home prices rose by 0.9 percent and house prices by 1.4 percent, according to SBAB's housing site Booli.
Prices have thus increased during the first two months of the year.
The underlying trend, where among other things normal seasonal effects have been removed, however points to more or less stagnant prices during February, according to SBAB.
