More unscripted interviews, more spontaneous meetings with voters and more media visibility. These are the demands of heavy Democrats and donors ahead of this year's presidential election, where Joe Biden has appeared more or less senile during several of his recent speeches.

A number of Democrats that Politico spoke to believe that more media visibility is necessary after recent days' attention to the president's health.

Among others, Dick Harpootlian, who made significant donations to Biden's campaign, believes that visibility needs to be better.

Although there is a risk of new false statements, the Democrats believe that visibility in the media must increase.

Biden's mental health has been in focus in recent days, including after he claimed to speak to several dead world leaders and the like.
