Domestic. Let Swedish allergy sufferers wait outside the shelters if there is a war and change the rules so that you can bring your pets with you. It now requires many dog owners, who refuse to leave their pets at home if World War III breaks out.

Since it became clear that pets may have to be left behind if Russia starts bombing Swedish cities, a lively debate has arisen where interest groups are now demanding that the shelters be expanded to fit animals and that allergy sufferers will have to wait outside for the time being if dog owners choose to bring their life partner down in the shelter.
Leaving the dog at home when it rains is not relevant, according to the animal owners' interestorganizations.
– It depends on you all the time and in a certain situation you have to screw it up and go down to a shelter. It doesn't work, says the chairman of the Blekinge kennel club, Ove Johansson, to Sydöstran.
Even in northern Sweden, many pet owners demand to be allowed to bring their pets inside and that allergy sufferers have to wait. Östersunds-Posten claims to have been completely drowned in submissions when similar proposals came from animal owners in connection with the outbreak of the Ukraine war.
“It feels a little odd that many people in reasoning about what we should do when the war is coming, chooses to put animals before people”, noted the newspaper's columnist Kicki Gustafsson at the time.
In Sveriges Radio, representatives of Blue Star, an organization whose task is to secure the food supply in the third world war by evacuating farm animals where it hits the most, are now saying that they are being called down daily by dog owners and the like who believe that the organization should take care of their animals if the war breaks out.
Eva Ladberg, herself a dog owner and training consultant at Blå Stjärnan, urges the public to instead plan to solve the situation for their animals themselves. Either by arranging a dignified killing, by placing the animals in tunnels or by letting the animals stay at home.
– Consider what is nearby. If you live in Stockholm, there are a lot of tunnels and the subway, so there are no problems there.
And if there will be a longer evacuation, you should have a plan to euthanize the animals yourself.
p>– Do you want to leave the animals or euthanize them? That's kind of what I've thought, that then we have a hunter in the area who might be able to do it then, says Ladberg.
