New car incentives are coming soon from the Veneto Region. In fact, the Region has approved a new tender thanks to which it is It is possible to obtain contributions for the purchase of new cars with low environmental impact. We are not just talking about electric or hybrid models but also about Euro 6 petrol and diesel models which fall within a specific emissions range.
HOW DO THEY WORK? 
The new 2023 call for car incentives from the Veneto Region provides for an allocation of 7 million euros. The regional incentive, we highlight, can be added to the national one. The objective of the tender is that of encouraging the maximum participation of private individuals with ISEE incomes of up to 50,000 euros, intending to renew their car, facilitating the purchase of low-emission types.
As the Veneto Region underlines, in fact, the ranking will hold taking into consideration the family economic situation of the applicant.
The contribution (from 2,000 to 7,000 euros depending on the emissions of the new vehicle) will be multiplied by 1.2 for those belonging to the first income bracket (ISEE up to 25 thousand euros), by 1.1 for those belonging to the second income bracket (ISEE up to 40 thousand euros), it will remain instead the basic contribution for the third eligible income bracket (ISEE up to 50 thousand euros).
Therefore, in the most favorable, it will be It is possible to obtain a contribution of 8,400 euros (purchase of electricity and ISEE up to 25 thousand euros) to be added to the national one. Be careful, however, there are other requirements for the ranking. The Region, in fact, highlights which will be held account of the municipality of residence of the applicant, with a reward coefficient in the case of municipalities that have adopted, from 2020 to 30 April 2023, ordinances for improving the quality of of the air.
Applications from applicants with a family economic situation (to be demonstrated with the ordinary ISEE 2023) exceeding 50,000 euros are not admitted.
Private citizens residing in the Veneto Region who provide for the demolition/scrapping of an old vehicle can submit a contribution request.

Persons who purchase the new vehicle cannot take advantage of leasing or rental contracts. The maximum cost allowed for the purchase of the new car is of 40,000.00 euros + VAT. The cars must only be newly registered in Italy (used or “0km” type vehicles are not eligible).
WHEN TO SUBMIT THE APPLICATION? 
The tender includes two phases: the first concerns a < strong>expression of interest to be submitted electronically, the second phase involves the submission, again electronically, of the grant applications by the subjects who have been admitted to the ranking, to be submitted by May 2024, to which will follow the payment of the contribution, until the allocated economic resources are exhausted.
More specifically, the expression of interest must be presented by the applicants, exclusively online, on the specifically created IT platform, selecting the initiative of interest from 10:00 am on 17 October 2023 until 12:00 pm :00 of 29 December 2023.
The platform on which to fill in the expression of interest will be accessible only through your identity digital of the grant applicant (SPID, CIE, CNS). The applicant is required to indicate a valid PEC address, even if not directly referring to the beneficiary, which will be used for all official communications.
The ranking of those admitted to request the contribution will be published approved, by the deadline of 6 February 2024 together with the list of those excluded, by decree of the Director of the Environment and Ecological Transition Directorate published in the Official Bulletin of the Veneto Region (BURVET) and published on the page reserved for the initiative, within a specific page on the Veneto Region website.
The contribution application, complete with the required documentation, must be submitted from 10:00 on the first working day following the publication of the ranking and no later than 12:00 on 17 May 2024, exclusively online on the dedicated platform.
The list of those admitted to the contribution will be made approved, by the deadline of 16 July 2024, together with the list of those excluded from the provision of the contribution and will be published on a special page on the Veneto Region website. The contributions will be paid by Veneto Innovazione S.p.A. according to the order established by the ranking. It is therefore not a question of a discount on the purchase, but of a refund.
