Brabus wanted to create a special limited series version of the KTM 1290 Super Duke R EVO. It's called Brabus 1300 R Masterpiece Edition and it will be made in 50 units (25 examples in the Onyx Black color and 25 in the Diamond White color). The price? DESIGN AND ENGINE

Brabus 1300 R Masterpiece Edition is characterized by a new front with round LED headlight, the carbon fiber side panels, the intake ducts and the classic Brabus stripes on the air intakes. Overall, the German tuner has made extensive use of carbon fiber which we also find for the protections of the single-sided swingarm, instrument panel, connector and rear fairing. We also find some of the most aerodynamic appendages recent MotoGP bikes and a hand-stitched saddle.

This limited series also offers 17-inch Brabus Monoblock Z forged wheels with Gold Platinum finishes. On the back of the saddle we find the Brabus Masterpiece plate. The engine is always a V-twin with a displacement of 1.3 liters which delivers a maximum power of 132 kW/180 HPat 9,500 rpm and a maximum torque of 140 Nm at 8,000 rpm.

Therefore, no particular difference from a mechanical point of view compared to the KTM 1290 Super Duke R EVO from which this special series derives . However, Brabus has developed a special exhaust with double silencer for this model which allows the sound of the engine to be enhanced.
