La Gazzetta del Motosport: in MotoGP Martin wins at Misano

Jorge Martin reopens the MotoGP world championship in Misano. The Pramac Racing rider aboard his Ducatiwon both the sprint race and the actual GP. Martin took full advantage of the less than perfect form of Pecco Bagnaia and Marco Bezzecchi, who were still sore from the consequences of the accidents in Barcelona.

The Spanish rider is He was therefore very good and brought home two very important victories for the world ranking. With eight races to go, Bagnaia sees his lead over Martin reduced to 36 points. Third Bezzecchi at 65 points.

Returning to Sunday's GP, Bezzecchi and Bagnaia tried to resist Martin until about halfway through. race but then the Spanish & egrave; managed to extend his lead, arriving under the checkered flag with a 1″3 advantage over Bezzecchi. However, Bagnaia's race was remarkable, coming third, given that the world champion is still strongly affected by the accident in Barcelona, with a hematoma on his leg that essentially goes from the knee to the ankle.

Bagnaia, towards the end, also had to deal with a Pedrosa (who finished fourth) who was able to race at Misano, always proving to be very fast with a KTM equipped with the new carbon frame. Pedrosa has shown that even at 37 he is still able to tell the story about him. In the two races that he was able to take part in as a wild card he always demonstrated that he hadn't lost his old luster. There is who would want him back full-time in the world championship…

Fifth place finish for Vinales and his Aprilia, while Oliviera finished in sixth place. Seventh Marc Marquez. After Misano, we now fly to India where we will race on September 24.
