Nissan has unveiled the new Qashqai e-Power Black Edition. This is a special version of the Qashqai which is characterized by a series of dedicated external and internal finishes. For the moment, there is still no information on the marketing on the Italian market.
The look of this model is; was developed in collaboration with the design team of Nissan Design Europe based in London. Qashqai e-Power Black Edition is available in different color combinations: Pearl White or Ceramic Gray body with contrasting black roof, or Black Metallic body color with gray roof. In all cases, we have black five-spoke wheels and specific illuminated treadplates.
Among the accessories, Nissan offers a special package called "Tech & Connect Pack” which includes a Head-Up display, Full LED headlights with Adaptive Driving Beam, plus a wireless smartphone charging pad. There is then the "Cold Pack" with heated seats, steering wheel and windscreen. For a fee, you can also have the panoramic roof and roof bars.
NISSAN E-POWER
We have talked about e-Power technology several times in the past. The crossover has a powertrain that is composed of a 190 HP (140 kW) electric motor with 330 Nm of torque which moves the wheels of the car. Electricity is supplied by a 1.5-litre three-cylinder turbo petrol engine with 158 bhp (118 kW) of power. The energy produced by the thermal engine goes to the inverter and from this it can be transmitted to the battery (1.8 kWh), the electric motor or both. Under no circumstances is the petrol engine used to provide traction to the wheels.
Speaking of performance, the speed is limited. maximum is of 170 km/h. Acceleration from 0 to 100 km/h takes 7.9 seconds.
