Foreign. TheCouncil of Europe Committee for the “Prevention of Torture” states in a new report that many of the EU countries prevent illegal immigrants from entering their territory. It's illegal, according to the council.

The number of “illegal” attempts to stop illegal immigration has reportedly increased recently.
Police or border guards beat migrants to make them turn around. There are also warning shots when migrants try to cross the border.
According to the committee, such rejections violate the European Convention and call on all countries of the Council of Europe to stop.
According to the Council of Europe, the interpretation is part of ” the inviolable right to asylum” which, according to the Council, makes it permissible to immigrate illegally to any country to seek asylum.
