According to the indictments, Trump has used money from his Donald J. Trump Revocable Trust fund to hush up potential scandals before they were published in the media.

The money has gone to lawyers, various women he has had deals with, as well as people who knew about the deals, according to the indictment.

The women are mainly various Playboy models, porn stars and the like.

In the description of the crime, the prosecutor only states that Trump should have ” falsified” a number of verifications for a “criminal purpose”, without it being clear what the falsification is about or why it constitutes an accounting offence.

It is clear, however, that the prosecutor has high-flying plans for the outcome. Alvin Bragg is calling for a total of 134 years in prison for Trump, but most observers do not believe that a possible prison sentence could come close to the requested length of sentence.
