At the end of March, Fria Tider was the first to report that it was Kjell Jansson, 64, who had been subjected to blackmail by a Kurdish woman who had previously been convicted of a violent crime.
After a sex night with another woman in the parliamentarian's overnight apartment, Jansson was pressed for 65,000 kroner before he finally went to Säpo. Of the money, 50,000 went to a breast augmentation.
The prosecutor had requested that the woman be sentenced for aggravated extortion and attempted aggravated extortion.
The Stockholm District Court does not, however, consider that the crimes should be assessed as aggravated and sentence the woman for extortion and attempted extortion to probation with community service. The woman must also pay what she received through the extortion.
Kjell Jansson had not requested any damages.
At the same time, the Riksdag himself is being investigated by the police for buying sex.
