Apple Music users are complaining about seeing other people's playlists. There would be a problem with the iCloud server.

Apple Music users say on Reddit that they are seeing playlists they don't know. Also, the playlists are sometimes merged with existing lists or are missing. Some people see playlists with emoji in the name or strange names like GaBeLoZ, which makes them think they've been hacked. However, that chance is very small. The cause is probably on the server side. Turning off iCloud for the Music app helps some people (via Settings > Apple ID > iCloud > Show All > Music).

It's unclear how many people are affected right now, but it's a lot of people, judging by the number of reports on Reddit. However, if you're concerned about your playlists getting jumbled, you can save a copy of your Apple Music playlist in the Music app on Mac via File > Library > Export playlist.

It only happens in the Music app on the iPhone and not on the Mac. It has been reported by some since mid-February, suggesting it has something to do with iOS 16.3.1. This included bug fixes for iCloud, but new bugs may also have arisen. Contacting Apple has yielded nothing yet. Last year, an iCloud bug also surfaced, showing strangers' photos and videos in the iCloud Photo Library.
