A high-ranking NATO general tells the newspaper that nothing more will come of the plans than what has already happened.
– This is the Russian spring offensive. This is what it looks like. This is all there is, says the general.
One reason why the offensive has stopped is, according to him, that Russia's ammunition and equipment are running out at the same time as Ukrainian forces are being reinforced.
The Russian losses are stated also be too large, especially when it comes to personnel.
