Domestic. According to the German air force, Russian military presence over the Baltic Sea is currently high.

On Friday, British and German warplanes detected and tracked several Russian military aircraft.
The German Air Force announces via Twitter that there is a lot of activity over the Baltic Sea right now.
A total of four Russian military aircraft were observed, including a Tu-134, two Su-27 fighters and a Antonov transport aircraft.
The German Air Force identified these aircraft before the British and German fighter jets returned to Ämari Air Base in Estonia.
Images of the Russian military aircraft have also been released by the Luftwaffe.
