The man has violated working hours and has been in the office outside working hours, on evenings and weekends, something that is not allowed.
Furthermore, on several occasions he has been noticed by colleagues wearing only underpants at the workplace, writes Dagens Nyheter.
The man is also reported for having made 160 unauthorized data entries in the authority's system.
