Economy. The IT industry, or “tech” as it is now called, receives tax-financed help from state-owned Vinnova, which is under the Ministry of Economy, to develop an artificial political correctness that will attract women.

With the help of AI, the industry's “communication” can become less “male-coded”, according to SVT Norrland.
The tool that produced filters out and replaces “male coded words” in, for example, job advertisements. For example, “beer”, which allegedly has a “weak male bias”, is replaced with “drink”.
– When we describe things in different ways, we unconsciously target the different sexes, says Karin Sjöö Åkeblom, CEO of Tromb, which is one of the companies behind the project, to SVT.
Behind the project are, among others, Luleå University of Technology and Vinnova, which is financed by taxpayers through grants from the government.
