Domestic. Kristina Tercero, administrative manager for elderly care, is forced to end her assignment in Oxelösund municipality, Nyheter Idag reports.

Kristina Tereco has been dismissed with immediate effect, according to a statement from the municipal manager Johan Persson.
– Kristina Tercero and I have agreed that her duties as head of administration will end as of today. I have made an overall assessment and concluded that the necessary trust is lacking, says municipal manager Johan Persson.
Kristina Tereco was previously head of the Tax Agency in Västervik but was dismissed from there in 2018 due to work environment problems, which cost the taxpayers SEK 900,000.
She has also been administrative manager in Karlskrona municipality but according to NI was dismissed from there and paid out a parachute of SEK 2.6 million.
According to NI it is unclear whether she will receive a parachute from her latest dismissal.
Kristina Tereco's time as head of administration in Oxelösund has been characterized by high turnover of staff within the home care service, with a staff turnover that was the highest in all of Sweden according to the database Kolada. Tereco himself refers to a reorganization as the reason for high staff turnover and high sickness absence.
– I will not go into any details regarding the interviews, which are carried out in confidence with the HR unit. I will also not comment on what the overall assessment contains, but I can state that the necessary trust is lacking, says Johan Persson.
Katarina Haddon, head of administration for social and care, will step in as acting head of administration until there is a consultant at place. The recruitment of a new head of administration will begin shortly.
