Domestic. An 18-year-old man has been convicted of illegal threats and molestation after stalking and threatening the Member of Parliament Rasmus Giertz (SD).

In September, the Sweden Democrats themselves published a film that showed how Rasmus Giertz, then a parliamentary candidate, was followed to his home and threatened after participating in a square meeting in Borlänge.
Afterwards, when Giertz was walking home from his car in Falun, a group of immigrants followed him and showered him with rude abuse. They noted that he was wearing an SD cap.

According to SD's channel Riks, the gang continued to stand outside Rasmus Giertz's apartment when he had returned home. He called the police who came looking for the immigrants, who had fled the scene by then.
But now the Falu district court has convicted the 18-year-old man of unlawful threats and molestation. The court considers that the 28-year-old SD politician has narrated the incident credibly and that his story is supported by the video evidence.
The district court sentences the 18-year-old, who defended himself by saying that he “just wanted to fight a little”. to pay SEK 15,000 in damages to Giertz.
