4 CYLINDERS, 400 CC AND 80 HP

The new Kawasaki Ninja ZX-4R is equipped with a high-strength steel trellis frame inspired by that of the Ninja ZX-25R. In terms of chassis, the bike can; count on a Showa SFF-BP front fork(the Ninja ZX-4SE and Ninja ZX-4RR feature a preload adjuster mechanism) and a back-link horizontal rear suspension system. The manufacturer also adds that the Ninja ZX-4RR has the same type of Showa BFRC-lite rear shock absorber as the Ninja ZX-10R.

The braking system is made from a unique design. composed of double 290 mm semi-floating front discs and monobloc radial calipers, while at the rear it uses a 220 mm disc. The new Kawasaki Ninja ZX-4R uses 120/70 front and 160/60 rear tyres.

The beating heart of this "little super sports car" it is a 400 cc 4-cylinder engine, capable of delivering a maximum power of 57 kW (77 HP) and with pressurized air box, a power of 59 kW (80 HP). On the Ninja ZX-4R SE and Ninja ZX-4RR, it is possible to install a new one. A bi-directional KQS (Kawasaki Quick Shifter) is fitted as standard, which allows you to change gear without a clutch.

The bike can; also count on front and rear LED lights and a 4.3-inch fully digital color LCD screen. The mode Track allows you to view lap times. The Kawasaki RIDEOLOGY application can be used to connect to your smartphone and use a variety of functions, including recording GPS route information and vehicle driving information. The weight of the bike is of 188 kg (R and RR, 189 kg the SE).
