Foreign. A man died on Friday after being crushed by a hydraulic urinal that fell in London's West End, Sky News reports.

The man was to carry out maintenance on the urinal, which is lifted out of the ground at night and stored underground during the day, when the accident occurred.
A large rescue effort was deployed to lift the urinal and save the man, who however died at the scene.
“We are sorry to have to announce that, despite the efforts of the emergency services, the man who was seriously injured in the accident was pronounced dead,” the police write on Twitter.
