7950X3D, 7900X3D and 7800X3D: HWMonitor now supports AMD's new CPUs with 3D cache

The HWMonitor system tool, which is provided by CPUID, the software developer of CPU-Z, once again supports numerous new processors and graphics cards from AMD, Nvidia and Intel in the latest version 1.49 that has now been released . The AMD Ryzen 7000X3D with Zen 4 and 3D V-Cache are also supported.

HWMonitor supports new CPUs and GPUs

After HWMonitor 1.44 brought support for Intel Alder Lake and DDR5 for the first time, the developers not only added new hybrid CPUs from the Intel Raptor Lake series to the 1.4 megabyte software in version 1.48, but also the AD103 graphics processor of the GeForce RTX 4080 (test) based on Nvidia Ada Lovelace and RDNA 3 included as the basis of the Radeon RX 7900 XTX and 7900 XT.

Zen 4 with 3D V-Cache and the 6 GHz CPU

HWMonitor 1.49 heralds the next round and for the first time supports the AMD Ryzen 9 7950X3D, 7900X3D and Ryzen 7 7800X3D as well as the first 6 GHz CPU, the Intel Core i9-13900KS.

The new ones too 65-watt CPUs from AMD (test) and the Nvidia GeForce RTX 4070 Ti (test) with AD104 graphics processor are initially supported. The system tool also has new functions for reading out VDD, VDDQ, VDDP and VOUT with regard to the current DDR5 generation of RAM.
