With the Adrenalin 23.1.2, AMD released the fourth exclusive graphics driver for the RDNA 3 graphics cards Radeon RX 7900 XTX and Radeon RX 7900 XT (test) after the Adrenalin 23.1.1 , Adrenalin 22.12.2 and Adrenalin 22.12.1 were exclusively designed for GPUs of the latest Navi-31 generation.
AMD focuses on RDNA 3

Still many open problems
Known but still not fixed are, in addition to the still too high power consumption, crashes when using Radeon Super Resolution, jerky playback of videos and games and performance problems in various VR games.
EA's FIFA 23, Uncharted 4: A Thief's End and Battlefield 4 have been among the problem children for a long time and the new release Forspoken also joins the ranks.
High idle power has situationally been observed when using select high-resolution and high refresh rate displays.
Video stuttering or performance drop may be observed during gameplay plus video playback with some extended display configuration.
