Domestic. Expo reporter Daniel Vergara, 38, has been caught in the crossfire since it emerged that he wooed a young male journalist in the alternative media with various bizarre contact attempts. When he has been rejected by the journalist half his age, he has threatened to hang the 20-year-old in the Expo.
“Soon you will get to read your column lol,” Vergara writes, among other things, to the 20-year-old.

When Daniel Vergara is rejected, he starts threatening to hang the 20-year-old in the Expo.
Insikt24 reporter Christian Peterson, 20, was contacted some time ago by far-left Expo activist Daniel Vergara, who stated that he was working on an article about Peterson's journalism.
However, the much older Expo veteran wanted to stay in touch even after the interview, and began writing increasingly strange messages to Peterson.
In several of the messages, the considerably older Expo man almost tries to present himself as a caring and safe adult mentor to the 20-year-old. The tone is caring and sacrificial.
“Who will stand up for you? I will stand up [for you],” Vergara says, among other things, in these messages.
When he is rejected, however, he is instead threatening and tries to use his position within Expo and contacts within the Swedish violent left as a means of pressure.
“Soon you will get to read your column lol”, writes the 38-year-old, among other things, referring to the fact that he intends to write a nasty column about Christian Peterson in Expo.
In another message, he suggests that he intends give the go-ahead to his far-left friends to abuse the 20-year-old.
“The left can do what they want… A tip run,” writes the Expo veteran in that message.
Several of the messages are written late at night and Christian Peterson writes on Twitter about how his mobile phone rang at 03:04 when the extremely clingy and contact-seeking left-wing activist got in touch.
Despite the fact that Peterson clearly rejected the man's contact attempts, the whole continued and he has therefore, he writes on Twitter, chosen to release the conversations with Daniel Vergara to the media.
The incident has now been noticed in several alternative media but has not prompted any response from Expo. However, the newspaper has previously been singled out for inappropriate behavior towards young people, usually quite young re girls who were exploited by leading left-wing extremists at Expo during the early 2000s.
Fria Tider has sought Daniel Vergara for a comment.
