Domestic. Issa El Chaer tortured to death a 20-year-old Swedish man in Ånge and then fled to Lebanon, where he threatened to kill more “infidels” in the “piss country” Sweden and praised Allah. But now he has been arrested by Lebanese police, reports Expressen.

The Express – which claims that Issa El Chaer is “Swedish” – refers to a source who says that the police set a trap and lured out the internationally wanted killer.< /p>
The arrest is said to have taken place on January 16 in the refugee camp Bourj el-Barajneh in the Lebanese capital Beirut. El Chaer is now at risk of being extradited to Sweden because he is not a Lebanese citizen.
Issa El Chaer fled home to the Arab world after the brutal torture robbery of Alexander in Ånge in Västernorrland in 2019. The 20-year-old Swede was suffocated to died with duct tape in his apartment December 2019.
“Call me what you want.., I'm an ice-cold killer that I'm proud of,” Issa El Chaer later wrote on Flashback from Lebanon, according to “Efterlyst”.

He further described how he is “chilling hard down in Lebanon without any whore bothering me you see, I fuck every single country every day plus everyone else is the worst who took their punishments haha I made it as one should do chilling life here on the beach and laughing at all you mother fuckers”.
“Fuck your mothers the pigs will never take me not even donald trump! Inshallah”, continued Issa El Chaer.
In the posts on Flashback, El Chaer mocked both the victim and the Swedish police.
“I was going to cut one more in Sweden or several truths before I axx, I prefer murder… you all have died infidels “, he writes.
Another man has already been convicted of involvement in the murder of Alexander. On Flashback, Issa El Chaer regretted that his crony didn't escape with him:
“But I'm smart who left the pissing country straight away. You have to do your thing in Sweden then get out of the pissing country. Call it freedom you ghabes! “
